Joyce Gan graduated from the University of Reading with an LL.B (Hons) degree in 2013 and completed the Certificate in Legal Practice in 2014. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in December 2015. She joined the firm’s Dispute Resolution division since 2016 and specialised in construction related disputes. She left the firm in year 2020 to join a public listed company as Legal Manager. In year 2021, she joined the firm’s Corporate Conveyancing division. 

Joyce’s current portfolio primarily focuses on commercial banking, corporate advisory and housing development work. 

Joyce has further completed the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme in 2022 with the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). She has been actively advising her existing corporate clients in relation to compliance with legal, regulatory, listing requirements and issues relating to corporate governance.
