Our partner, Mr. Ben Lee along with his team members; Ms. Nabila Zakaria, Ms. Atiqah Maisarah (Chambering), and Ms. Yu En (Chambering), have recently assisted our Client, Precious Concrete Sdn Bhd (PCSB) in organizing its first Scheme of Arrangement meeting to propose the Scheme to its respectable creditors. The meeting was held at the prestigious RHR Hotel Kajang on 21.6.2023.

The primary objective of this meeting was to secure the voting of a significant 75% majority of the creditors to allow the Scheme of Arrangement proposed by PCSB. This majority approval will grant PCSB the privilege to settle their outstanding debts within a predetermined timeframe without any risk of being wound up by any of its creditors.

The meeting concluded successfully as PCSB’s creditors voted in favor of the proposed terms, unanimously agreeing to the proposed Scheme. Another achievement to be celebrated!
