Our esteemed partner, Mr. Ben Lee Kam Foo, has been invited to conduct a seminar focusing on the effective recovery of construction claims under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (“CIPAA”).

The seminar was organized by the Selangor and Federal Territory Builders Association.

The primary objective of this seminar was to educate the contractors, material suppliers, and consultants on how CIPAA Adjudication serves as a valuable tool in facilitating the recovery of payment under a construction contract. The seminar aimed to provide attendees with comprehensive insights and practical guidance, empowering them to navigate the claim recovery process effectively.
