Some companies choose to adopt the model of asset “digitization” (securitization of assets with blockchain technology tokens), and the KapitalDX trading platform approved by the National Securities Commission will issue legal digital tokens for public trading in Malaysia.

This is a new business model that does not need to raise funds through listed company stock transactions and public investment, but uses the company to issue digital tokens backed by assets.
