We had an uphill battle, but we did it. All in the name of justice.

The first achievement for Messrs Faiz Syukri & Co with my former Master during chambering, Puan Anita Vijaya Rajah. A friend told me that a national radio announced it as the first case in Court of Appeal that had applied the new law, Act 846, Abolition of Death Penalty Act for murder case, 302 Penal Code. The first in History. I personally don’t know how far is the truth.. need to check further.

Then, another friend shared with me that the case is reported on news portal. And to my surprise it is. Though my name is missed out, so is my firm’s name, FSCO. But we are happy to ‘discreetly’ contribute to the development of law in this country, Malaysia.
