Ms. Foo Suk Cen graduated with LLB (Hons) London and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2017. She commenced her pupillage at Messrs Gan & Zul under the guidance of Mr. Gan Ping Nan and started her practice with Messrs Gan & Zul thereafter. She was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2019.

She has been exposed to various area of law including, conveyancing, banking & finance, corporate and intellectual property.

Her legal practice mainly in areas relating to a full range of transactions pertaining to real estate and development as well as consumer and corporate banking.

She facilitates projects’ development by drafting and completing relevant documentation relating to property sale and purchase, loan transactions and advising property developers on related legal framework to the housing development whenever required. She is also regularly sought for advise in matters relating to tenancy and strata management.

Besides, she also regularly advises individual and corporate clients on sale and purchase transactions, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of properties and banking transactions.

In the sphere of corporate banking, she has the experience of advising on various types of financing, including term loan financing, bridging financing and trade financing for both conventional and Islamic facilities from initial stages up to drawdown.

She is well versed in English, Malay and Mandarin.
