Professional Experience
Anita Vijaya Rajah was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1998 . She has since the commencement of her practice had passion for litigation . She is active in both Civil and Criminal litigation. She has successfully dealt with litigations involving land disputes, injunctions, corporate litigation, matrimonial disputes and numerous criminal litigation which had involved the death penalty cases.
She has been an associate in numerous firms and have been a senior associate with Messrs Gan & Zul since 2009.
She is takes pride in drafting cause papers in complicated litigation matters. She is considered fearless in taking novel litigation issues to challenge the boundaries of the written law.
