Ms Sharonjit Kaur began her journey in legal conveyancing matter since 1995 when she worked as an intern with Messrs Lachman Lalchand & Associates while pursuing her law degree.

Since her call to the Malaysian Bar, she has been actively practicing in the area of conveyancing and consumer banking in both primary development and secondary transactions.

During the introduction of major amendments to Strata Titles Act and the introduction of the new Strata Management Act in 2015, Sharon published a paper on the said topic to advise investors generally on matters relating to strata properties. Sharon has been an active speaker and contributor to the legal aspects of auction properties webinars and talks. She is in the midst of publishing a book targeting on auction property legal know how.

She believes that a Conveyancing Lawyer needs to offer legal services, advisory and support to clients from the stage of booking and stretches all the way even after transactions are completed.

Today the main aim of her professional practice life is to offer training and advisory to property investors and home buyers on the legal due diligence and dos and don’ts of buying a property. She also actively train the developer sale team on the conveyancing process of selling properties to end user and investors.
