Meet Ms. Cai Chen Feng - CCPIT(China Council for the Promotion of International Trade)

Gan & Zul's Senior Partner, Mr. Gan Ping Sieu, visited the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) in China and met with his old friend Director Cai Chenfeng for an exchange of ideas. Mr. Gan Ping Sieu discussed several trade and legal issues of interest to CCPIT, including Labuan Offshore Financial Center incentives, strategic trade regulations, transfer pricing, intellectual property, digital assets, and more.

This year, CCPIT has begun setting up "Working Teams for Serving Foreign-Invested Enterprises" in major provinces and cities in China to assist in coordinating and addressing issues faced by foreign companies. Additionally, they are planning the Five Industrial Chain Expo "Chain Expo," and despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, they are committed to contributing to the progress of the country.
