Senior partner Mr. Gan Ping Sieu from Gan & Zul Law Firm was invited to join the "Malaysian Bar Council Legal Visit to Taiwan." One of the highlights of this visit was their tour and learning session at the Judicial Yuan in Taipei. Inside the Judicial Yuan, they had the opportunity to visit the Constitutional Court and received a concise and clear explanation from Research Judge Lee Yi-Yi.

During this presentation, Research Judge Lee vividly explained the operations and responsibilities of the Constitutional Court. The Constitutional Court plays a crucial role in the judicial system, tasked with hearing constitutional cases to ensure the authority and correct interpretation of the constitution. Lee's explanation not only provided the visiting members with a deeper understanding of Taiwan's judicial system but also offered them an opportunity to share experiences with international peers.

Through the visit to the Taipei Judicial Yuan, Mr. Gan Ping Sieu and other members of the visiting group gained a more comprehensive understanding of Taiwan's Constitutional Court and judicial operations. This in-depth knowledge will aid them in better handling complex legal cases in their future legal practices.
